Frank Becker

Founder & Volunteer

Hi! My name is Frank Becker. My wife Harriet and I have lived in Sheldrake for 32 years. Our neighborhood has changed a lot over that time. But one thing has remained. A real sense of community. Neighbors really help neighbors, with all kinds of things. Helping others, and being helped, has enriched our lives. Working with Interlaken Village and the Interlaken Community Action Group (ICAG) to start Good Neighbors Interlaken is a great way to keep the sense of community alive, and to meet people and contribute to the greater Interlaken area.

I’m a lifelong resident of the Finger Lakes area, having grown up in Mecklenburg. My parents bought a cottage on Cayuga Lake in 1960, now my husband and I have made it our home. Community connection has always been a priority for me. I look forward to meeting more of my neighbors thru Good Neighbors Interlaken.
